Chiều 17-12, ông Trần Hữu Minh Tùng - Chủ tịch UBND phường Tiến Thành (tỉnh Bình Thuận cũ, nay thuộc tỉnh Lâm Đồng) - cho biết đã làm việc với các bên liên quan vụ nhân viên cây xăng không nhận chuyển khoản từ khách hàng.
Trước đó, mạng xã hội lan truyền đoạn video phản ánh sự việc xảy ra tại cửa hàng xăng dầu Tiến Thành (DNTN Xăng dầu Tiến Thành, phường Tiến Thành).
Theo nội dung video, một người dân điều khiển xe máy vào cây xăng trên đổ 50.000 đồng xăng. Do không mang tiền mặt nên khách hàng này trả bằng hình thức chuyển khoản.
Tuy nhiên, nhân viên bán xăng không chấp nhận chuyển khoản và hút lại toàn bộ xăng đã bán. Do xe hết xăng nên khách hàng phải dắt bộ thêm 3km.
Theo vị chủ tịch UBND phường Tiến Thành, sau khi mạng xã hội lan truyền đoạn video trên, địa phương đã mời chủ cây xăng lên làm việc.
Tại buổi làm việc, chủ cây xăng thừa nhận việc nhân viên đối xử với khách hàng như vậy là không chuẩn mực, không đúng quy định của doanh nghiệp là tiếp nhận mọi hình thức thanh toán hợp lý của khách hàng.
Từ đó, chủ cây xăng cho biết đã cho thôi việc nhân viên trong vụ việc trên, đồng thời yêu cầu tất cả nhiên viên còn lại phải chăm sóc khách hàng tốt hơn.

On the afternoon of December 17th, Mr. Tran Huu Minh Tung - Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Thanh Ward (formerly Binh Thuan Province, now part of Lam Dong Province) - stated that he had worked with the relevant parties regarding the incident where a gas station attendant refused to accept a bank transfer from a customer.
Previously, a video circulating on social media showed an incident occurring at the Tien Thanh gas station (Tien Thanh Gas Station Enterprise, Tien Thanh Ward).
According to the video, a customer drove his motorbike to the gas station to refuel with 50,000 VND worth of gasoline. Because he didn't have cash, the customer paid by bank transfer.
However, the gas station attendant refused the bank transfer and siphoned back all the sold gasoline. Because the car ran out of gas, the customer had to walk another 3km.
According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Thanh Ward, after the video went viral on social media, the local authorities summoned the gas station owner for questioning.
During the meeting, the gas station owner admitted that the employee's treatment of the customer was unprofessional and violated the company's regulations, which stipulate accepting all reasonable payment methods.
The owner stated that he had dismissed the employee involved in the incident and instructed all remaining staff to provide better customer service.
