A man posed naked and provocatively for photos in front of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and then posted them on social media with inappropriate content.

On January 30th, the leaders of Dong Hoa Ward People's Committee (formerly Di An, Binh Duong province), Ho Chi Minh City, stated that the ward police, in coordination with relevant units, summoned Mr. N.D.K (34 years old, residing in Ho Chi Minh City) for questioning regarding his actions of posing naked and provocatively for photos in front of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and then posting them on social media with inappropriate content.

Through verification, Mr. N.D.K is the owner of a social media account named M.N.L, who has posted numerous articles, images, and clips with obscene and depraved content, inappropriate for Vietnamese customs and traditions.

Through verification, Mr. N.D.K is the owner of a social media account named M.N.L, who has posted many articles, images, and clips with lewd and depraved content that is not in line with Vietnamese customs and traditions.

[Image caption: Posted with a picture of a naked man posing provocatively in front of the school gate] Based on the results of the meeting, the Dong Hoa Ward Police issued a decision to impose an administrative fine on Mr. N.D.K for administrative violations in the fields of postal services, telecommunications, radio frequencies, information technology, network information security, and electronic transactions.

Accordingly, Mr. N.D.K was fined 7.5 million VND and ordered to remove all infringing links and information posted on social media.

Previously, a social media account named M.N.L posted many images and clips with offensive content. Among them was an image showing a man standing in front of the gate of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) performing suggestive acts while naked.

The posts quickly spread, attracting hundreds of thousands of views and shares on social media.

Not only did this account post sensitive images, but it also included many offensive status updates and comments, causing public outrage and negatively impacting the educational environment, public order, and traditional customs.

Immediately after receiving the complaint, the leaders of Dong Hoa Ward People's Committee coordinated with relevant units of the Ho Chi Minh City Police to promptly investigate and verify the matter. Within a short time, the authorities summoned the violator for questioning and strictly dealt with the case according to the law.
